I began my journey to lose weight 5 months ago, I know that I needed both: The right mindset and the right system. I had already taken care of the cravings with EFT, so this was not a problem.

But the thoughts of how big this goal was, and how my life would change as a consequence, were very real.
So I decided to begin to manifest my future weight loss .
