Once you begin to resonate with what you think you are worth, fill those thoughts with smiles and gratitude. Tomorrow, I will offer you some powerful tapping suggestions that might blow away the resistance to getting paid for what you are worth!

As a Tapping coach, I feel great joy in dividing my blog into a “soup kitchen” with lots of free stuff, and a “restaurant” with paid services. I have seen so many of my clients grow by starting with the free e—course, the videos and tapping suggestions.

So yesterday, we wondered what you could do if you were in the restaurant owner’s shoes and truly wanted to make a difference and help the poor? Start a “soup kitchen” yourself, where you teach the guests how to cook! Allow for them to learn something, every time they come. Ask them to give back for every meal they receive, either to the soup kitchen, or to a guest who needs help. Let it be an interactive place of giving and receiving, so that everybody benefits. The spirit of giving and receiving will begin to give people hope, confidence and self esteem, and they will begin to take pride in “their” soup kitchen. Some will begin to take action, add creativity to the meals and beauty to its display.

Please don’t ever feel bad about your beautiful and spiritual approach to life and healing! Yes, you are a wonderful, kind and generous human being, and there is NOTHING wrong with that! You are very loved and appreciated.
Just know that eventually, some of the kindhearted people I mentioned earlier had to stop helping others and focus on a different job that took over most of their time.
Day 2: The story of the five star restaurant and the soup kitchen or: Are you getting paid what you are worth?
Do you feel like a five star restaurant where people come and go, expecting to receive the best from you because they have great need, but don’t reimburse you for what they received? Something went wrong that could have been prevented for everybody’s highest good, including those who gratefully received free services, and without sacrificing what is true and important about helping those in need.

There was a man who hadn’t eaten in a long time and was very hungry. Puzzled, the waiter asked him why he had come to this fine restaurant when he knew he wasn’t able to pay.
The man responded: Because I was very hungry, and you are a restaurant! You should feed me, that’s what restaurants do!
Keep ReadingEFT for decision making
Once we sit down and want to get started on a project, we get so many good ideas that we truly don’t know which one to pick anymore. So we start with one, then the next one, work on two or three simultaneously, only to find that nothing really gets done and finished.
Keep ReadingOvercoming Writer’s Block with EFT Tapping
Are you struggling to overcome writer’s block?
Oh my…I can’t tell you how many times I sat down to write on my EFT4Vets book.
Even though I have no problem teaching workshops, I had the hardest time putting my thoughts and knowledge into writing.
EFT4Vets will be presented at the ACEP Conference in San Diego
In San Diego, I will not only speak about how to use EFT Tapping effectively, which was demonstrated so well in the research that we have and the filming of the documentary in San Francisco.
But I will also put great emphasize on teaching some principals of the military mindset, military values, limitations and open doors.

Joe, USMC: “I am not asking for anything other than that you healers don’t give up; continue to approach the Veteran. Plant the seed early. It took me 35 plus years to discover/acknowledge that I had anything wrong with me. Many of the things that are wrong with me can be cared for with EFT. So don’t give up because someone did not listen, or did not respond.”
Keep ReadingHow military families can use EFT to help Veterans with PTSD
We need to rethink the support that we offer the Veterans and returning troops, and include helping and supporting those who are currently carrying the majority of the load: The Families, military buddies, friends and community members. New healing techniques that don’t require a background in mental health, but rather focus on the soldier’s description of war trauma as a symptom of the soul are necessary.
